Certified Transaction Coordinator Designation

 The Certified Transaction Coordinator (CTC) designation is a prestigious transaction management program for all transaction coordinators who have the desire to implement a higher standard of professionalism within their businesses.  Professionals who strive to achieve this distinguished designation learn the fundamentals of transaction coordination such as all standard CAR disclosures, risk management within the real estate industry, and to adhere to the strict business ethics expected from CAR.


This certification is designed to train any professional about the current regulations and best practices to successfully aide agents in the execution of several types of real estate transactions in California.  


Lauren M. Landavazo, CTC

I am the owner/operator of Integrated Transaction Services. I have been a part of the real estate industry since 2009 starting as a weekend receptionist at a growing real estate firm working my way up through the company and branching out as an assistant to a top-producing agent in the Tri-Valley/Central Valley.


In early 2015 I earned my Certified Transaction Coordinator designation through the education department of California Association of REALTORS®. Having this certification has greatly developed my understanding and knowledge of the legal, financial and organizational aspects of a real estate transaction. The 7+ years of hands-on industry experience has given me the intuition and skills I need to execute any type of transaction within any given time frame. 

We care about those who've served

 Each year, 200,000 military members transition from service back to civilian life. Seventy-five percent of military service members say owning a home is one of the most important things upon returning from service.  Only 10% of Veterans will use their VA home loan benefit, mostly due to lack of education and awareness of the benefits they have earned by serving our country. 


Anything we can do to serve our nations veterans and active-duty service members is top priority for Integrated Transaction Services. We understand that owning a home is part of the American dream, so making the homebuying and selling process as efficient & as smooth as possible is our number-one goal!
